In November this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Omaggio a Carrà by Roberto Marcello Baldessari. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 20,000.00 33% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Roberto Marcello Baldessari have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Espansione di luce + movimento" (forme dinamiche decima) in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 130,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Omaggio a Carrà von Roberto Marcello Baldessari zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 20.000,00 und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roberto Marcello Baldessari auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Espansione di luce + movimento" (forme dinamiche decima) im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 130.200,00.
