Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Buoyant Autumn by Robert William Vonnoh was sold in the American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in April 2017. The price achieved of USD 11,875.00 (€ 10,899.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert William Vonnoh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Blue Chair in December 2004 with an auction result of USD 71,700.00 (€ 52,962.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Buoyant Autumn von Robert William Vonnoh wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 10.899,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
