Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bowler by Robert Moskowitz was sold in the First Open auction at Christies in New York in March 2014. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,990.20). Admittedly, works by Robert Moskowitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2020 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 43,068.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bowler von Robert Moskowitz wurde im März 2014 in der Auktion First Open bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.990,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Moskowitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 43.068,27).
