The work Senza titolo by Riccardo Licata was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2010. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,080.00 73% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Riccardo Licata have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 73 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Riccardo Licata wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.080,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Riccardo Licata auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
