This artwork by Riccardo Licata achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2012. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea | Gioielli e Orologi | Argenti auction, the work Composizione sold for EUR 2,800.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Riccardo Licata have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 87 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Riccardo Licata erzielte im Dezember 2012 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea | Gioielli e Orologi | Argenti wurde die Arbeit Composizione für EUR 2.800,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Riccardo Licata auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
