Upper estimate price exceeded by 56 %.
In December 2013 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects, which included the work Attrazione Segnica by Riccardo Licata. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 500.00 56% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Riccardo Licata achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Senza titolo in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects durch, in der auch die Arbeit Attrazione Segnica von Riccardo Licata zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 500,00 und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Riccardo Licata erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Senza titolo im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
