This work of art by Riccardo Licata could be acquired at Christies in Milan in December this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction, the work Composizione verde-blu changed hands for EUR 1,890.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Riccardo Licata have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Riccardo Licata konnte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale wechselte die Arbeit Composizione verde-blu für EUR 1.890,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Riccardo Licata auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
