Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza titolo by Riccardo Licata was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in December 2011. The price achieved of EUR 2,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Riccardo Licata have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Riccardo Licata wurde im Dezember 2011 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Riccardo Licata auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
