A top price for Riccardo Licata - as previously expected
In May 2010 Christies in Milan held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Senza titolo by Riccardo Licata. The price achieved of EUR 13,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Senza titolo is the most expensive artwork by Riccardo Licata that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Mai 2010 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Riccardo Licata zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 13.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Senza titolo das teuerste Kunstwerk von Riccardo Licata, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
