The work Cochet Sports by Jordi Ribes was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2015. The result of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 2,136.53) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jordi Ribes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in April last year with an auction result of HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 167,577.49).

Die Arbeit Cochet Sports von Jordi Ribes kam im November 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 2.136,53) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jordi Ribes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.386.000,00 (€ 167.577,49).
