Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Reza Derakshani was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. The price achieved of GBP 43,520.00 (€ 50,430.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Reza Derakshani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in March 2016 for USD 221,000.00 (€ 194,029.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Reza Derakshani kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 43.520,00 (€ 50.430,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Reza Derakshani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im März 2016 für USD 221.000,00 (€ 194.029,85) versteigert wurde.
