Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Little Dancer Girl sight 8 x 4 3/4 in. framed 17 x 14 in. by Ray Swanson was sold in the The Collection of G. Andrew Bjurman auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November last year. The price achieved of USD 1,785.00 (€ 1,729.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ray Swanson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Headin' Through Dry Country in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 97,000.00 (€ 62,339.33).

Andrew Bjurman bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.785,00 (€ 1.729,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden.
