Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Randy Solon was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2012. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,977.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Randy Solon have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2011 the work Pray Or Prey was auctioned for HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,060.93).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.977,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Randy Solon konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2011 die Arbeit Pray Or Prey für HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.060,93) versteigert.
