The work Pausing Migration by Randy Solon was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2012. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,948.24), 19% above the upper estimate. Other works by Randy Solon have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,060.93) in April 2011 for the work Pray Or Prey.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.948,24) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Randy Solon haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.060,93) im April 2011 für die Arbeit Pray Or Prey beobachtet.
