This work without title by Ran In-Ting was worth HKD 187,500.00 (€ 19,777.19) to a buyer in December 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Art Morning Session at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Ran In-Ting have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fishing Boats by the Misty River in May 2010 with an auction result of HKD 800,000.00 (€ 83,111.00).
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Ran In-Ting war einem Käufer im Dezember 2020 HKD 187.500,00 (€ 19.777,19) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Morning Session bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ran In-Ting auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fishing Boats by the Misty River im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 800.000,00 (€ 83.111,00).
