Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Shadows In The Forest by Rafiee Ghani was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2020. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,307.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rafiee Ghani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Beginning Of The Red Sea in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 38,361.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Shadows In The Forest von Rafiee Ghani kam im Juni 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.307,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rafiee Ghani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Beginning Of The Red Sea im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 38.361,63).
