Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2019 POLY held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Dictionary Series by Qiu Zhijie. The price achieved of HKD 70,800.00 (€ 8,033.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qiu Zhijie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 30 Letters To Qiu Jiawa L22 - Beyond sky there is sky, within the sea there is sea L23 - An exit from a tunnel is not always only where the light is L24 - In their contests, you do not have to become a winner in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 1,500,000.00 (€ 182,785.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2019 führte POLY die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dictionary Series von Qiu Zhijie zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 70.800,00 (€ 8.033,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qiu Zhijie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 30 Letters To Qiu Jiawa L22 - Beyond sky there is sky, within the sea there is sea L23 - An exit from a tunnel is not always only where the light is L24 - In their contests, you do not have to become a winner im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.500.000,00 (€ 182.785,03).
