Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mid-Autumn by Qiu Jiongjiong was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Beijing in June 2015. The price achieved of CNY 108,560.00 (€ 15,699.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 90,000.00 – 140,000.00. Other works by Qiu Jiongjiong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Apprentice was auctioned for HKD 236,000.00 (€ 27,274.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mid-Autumn von Qiu Jiongjiong wurde im Juni 2015 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Beijing versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 108.560,00 (€ 15.699,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 90.000,00 – 140.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Qiu Jiongjiong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Apprentice für HKD 236.000,00 (€ 27.274,68) versteigert.
