Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asia+ / First Open, which included the work Flying South by Qiu Anxiong. The price achieved of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 15,012.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 140,000.00. Other works by Qiu Anxiong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2014 the work In The Sky was auctioned for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 16,276.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asia+ / First Open durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flying South von Qiu Anxiong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 15.012,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 140.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Qiu Anxiong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2014 die Arbeit In The Sky für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 16.276,14) versteigert.
