The work Plum Blossom by Qian Du was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 29,006.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Qian Du have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rocky Cliffs in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,460,000.00 (€ 134,830.43).

Die Arbeit Plum Blossom von Qian Du kam im Dezember 2020 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 29.006,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qian Du auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rocky Cliffs im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.460.000,00 (€ 134.830,43).
