The work Autumn Landscape by Qian Du was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 41,300.00 (€ 4,545.55), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Du achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rocky Cliffs in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,460,000.00 (€ 134,830.43).

Die Arbeit Autumn Landscape von Qian Du wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 41.300,00 (€ 4.545,55) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 29%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Du erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rocky Cliffs im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.460.000,00 (€ 134.830,43).
