Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Het Altaar - The Altar by Piet Ouborg was sold in the Twentieth Century Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 17,050.00. Admittedly, works by Piet Ouborg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstract in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 69,850.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Het Altaar - The Altar von Piet Ouborg wurde im Dezember 2007 in der Auktion Twentieth Century Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 17.050,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Piet Ouborg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abstract im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 69.850,00.
