Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2010 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition by Piet Ouborg. The price achieved of EUR 49,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 35,000.00 – 55,000.00. Other works by Piet Ouborg have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2007 the work Abstract was auctioned for EUR 69,850.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2010 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Piet Ouborg zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 49.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 35.000,00 – 55.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Piet Ouborg konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2007 die Arbeit Abstract für EUR 69.850,00 versteigert.
