Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters including Portrait Miniatures from the Pohl-Ströher Collection, which included the work Three Portraits Of Girls by Pierre-Édouard Dagoty. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,607.86). Other works by Pierre-Édouard Dagoty have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 3,290.00 (€ 5,279.24) in May 2000 for the work Two young ladies: one lady, full face in white dress, frilled lace cuffs and blue sash, a crucifix suspended from a black ribbon around her neck, drop gold earrings, her dark hair upswept in a filet; the other lady, facing right in white dress with b.

Im Mai 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters including Portrait Miniatures from the Pohl-Ströher Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Portraits Of Girls von Pierre-Édouard Dagoty zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.607,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Pierre-Édouard Dagoty haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.290,00 (€ 5.279,24) im Mai 2000 für die Arbeit Two young ladies: one lady, full face in white dress, frilled lace cuffs and blue sash, a crucifix suspended from a black ribbon around her neck, drop gold earrings, her dark hair upswept in a filet; the other lady, facing right in white dress with b beobachtet.
