Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,381.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Piero Golia - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (12 Degrees From The Ground), which sold at auction in March 2014 for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,207.01).
