Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Sottobosco by Piero Gilardi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in June 2018. The auction ended at the price of EUR 8,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Gilardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trilite spezzato in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 98,688.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Sottobosco von Piero Gilardi wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 8.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Gilardi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trilite spezzato im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 98.688,00.
