The work Il Confine (The Border) by Piero Gilardi was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2018. It achieved a price of EUR 7,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Gilardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trilite spezzato in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 98,688.00.

Die Arbeit Il Confine (The Border) von Piero Gilardi kam im November 2018 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Gilardi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trilite spezzato im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 98.688,00.
