Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Sedilsasso by Piero Gilardi. The price achieved of EUR 6,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Gilardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trilite spezzato in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 98,688.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sedilsasso von Piero Gilardi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Gilardi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trilite spezzato im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 98.688,00.
