In June this year Christies in Paris held the auction Centuries of Beauty - A Refined Private Collection, which included the work Spiaggia con ricci gialli by Piero Gilardi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,190.00 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Gilardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trilite spezzato in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 98,688.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Centuries of Beauty - A Refined Private Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spiaggia con ricci gialli von Piero Gilardi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.190,00 und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Gilardi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trilite spezzato im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 98.688,00.
