Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Annonciation by Philippe Perrot was auctioned at Phillips in London in February 2012. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 14,179.06) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Philippe Perrot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ta mère in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 72,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Annonciation von Philippe Perrot kam im Februar 2012 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 14.179,06) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philippe Perrot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ta mère im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 72.250,00.
