Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Maison Indienne by Philippe Cognée was auctioned at Christies in London in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 25,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Philippe Cognée have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2021 the work Vanité No. 6 was auctioned for EUR 37,500.00.

Die Arbeit Maison Indienne von Philippe Cognée kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Philippe Cognée konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2021 die Arbeit Vanité No. 6 für EUR 37.500,00 versteigert.
