This work without title by Peter Roehr was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2017. The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 16,930.50) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Roehr - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ohne Titel (FO-117)., which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 40,000.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Peter Roehr kam im September 2017 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 16.930,50) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Roehr mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ohne Titel (FO-117). beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 40.000,00 versteigert wurde.
