Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2021 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction The Curator’s Eye: The Collection of Professor Dr Karin von Maur, which included the work (I) Untitled (Gr-2)(Ii) Untitled (Gr-1) by Peter Roehr. The price achieved of EUR 4,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Peter Roehr have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ohne Titel (FO-117). in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 40,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2021 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion The Curator’s Eye: The Collection of Professor Dr Karin von Maur durch, in der auch die Arbeit (I) Untitled (Gr-2)(Ii) Untitled (Gr-1) von Peter Roehr zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Roehr auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ohne Titel (FO-117). im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.000,00.
