This artwork by Peter Kinley achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2016. In the Made in Britain auction, the work without title sold for GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,501.09) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Peter Kinley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Studio Interior With Window (Blue) in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,892.33).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Peter Kinley erzielte im September 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Made in Britain wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.501,09) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Kinley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Studio Interior With Window (Blue) im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.892,33).
