This artwork by Peter Kinley achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in November this year. In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work House with two Gables (unframed) sold for GBP 3,840.00 (€ 4,449.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Peter Kinley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Studio Interior With Window (Blue) in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,892.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 92 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Peter Kinley erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art wurde die Arbeit House with two Gables (unframed) für GBP 3.840,00 (€ 4.449,72) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Kinley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Studio Interior With Window (Blue) im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.892,33).
