In November 2010 Christies in London held the auction Travel and Vintage Posters, which included the work Lawn Tennis Championship Meeting by Percy Drake Brookshaw. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,792.50), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Percy Drake Brookshaw - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Saturday March 31St, Putney Bridge, Hammersmith, which sold at auction in October 2012 for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,729.97).

Im November 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Travel and Vintage Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lawn Tennis Championship Meeting von Percy Drake Brookshaw zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.792,50) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Percy Drake Brookshaw mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Saturday March 31St, Putney Bridge, Hammersmith beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.729,97) versteigert wurde.
