The work Brocade by Peng Wei was auctioned at POLY in Macau in November 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 1,062,000.00 (€ 129,411.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peng Wei - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Reunion Of The Lost Stones At Gen Yue, which sold at auction in April 2017 for HKD 2,242,000.00 (€ 264,636.26).

Die Arbeit Brocade von Peng Wei kam im November 2016 bei POLY in Macau zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 1.062.000,00 (€ 129.411,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Für andere Arbeiten von Peng Wei mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Reunion Of The Lost Stones At Gen Yue beobachtet, die im April 2017 für HKD 2.242.000,00 (€ 264.636,26) versteigert wurde.
