Admittedly, works by Paul Lecomte have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French A Spring Morning At The Château-Gaillard in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 33,000.00 (€ 24,158.13).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.346,00 einen neuen Besitzer.
