It achieved a price of USD 8,287.50 (€ 8,028.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Henry achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mountains and Lake, Connemara in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 622,500.00 (€ 730,010.33).

Die Arbeit Clouds Over Hills von Paul Henry kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 8.028,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Henry erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mountains and Lake, Connemara im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 622.500,00 (€ 730.010,33).
