Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year Bonhams in London held the auction Prints & Multiples, which included the work Going South by Paul Cadmus. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,176.00 (€ 2,059.05). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Cadmus achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lloyd and Barbara Wescott in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 2,430,000.00 (€ 2,152,919.29).
