A top price for Paul Busch - as previously expected
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Burschen, Mein Dorf! (Boys, My Village!) by Paul Busch. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,952.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Burschen, Mein Dorf! (Boys, My Village!) is the most expensive artwork by Paul Busch that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Burschen, Mein Dorf! (Boys, My Village!) von Paul Busch zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 16.952,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Burschen, Mein Dorf! (Boys, My Village!) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Paul Busch, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
