Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Petit Arlequin by Paul Aïzpiri. The price achieved of USD 11,875.00 (€ 10,935.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Aïzpiri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon in July 2019 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,000.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Petit Arlequin von Paul Aïzpiri zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 10.935,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Aïzpiri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.000,90).
