In October 2018 Christies in New York held the auction The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints, which included the work Untitled (Giraffa) by Paola Pivi. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,213.38), 72% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paola Pivi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Donkey) in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 227,000.00 (€ 203,861.70).

Im Oktober 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Giraffa) von Paola Pivi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.375,00 (€ 1.213,38) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paola Pivi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Donkey) im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 227.000,00 (€ 203.861,70).
