Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Pablo Bronstein could be acquired at Sothebys in London in September 2017 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Day Sale auction, the work Design For Fireworks In The Chinese Taste changed hands for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,853.97) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pablo Bronstein - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Relocation of Temple Bar, which sold at auction in October 2014 for GBP 56,250.00 (€ 71,823.12).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pablo Bronstein konnte im September 2017 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Day Sale wechselte die Arbeit Design For Fireworks In The Chinese Taste für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.853,97) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pablo Bronstein mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Relocation of Temple Bar beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für GBP 56.250,00 (€ 71.823,12) versteigert wurde.
