In May 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Árbol H by Olga de Amaral. The »bidding war« ended at USD 226,800.00 (€ 185,993.11), 51% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olga de Amaral - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cesta Lunar 50A, which sold at auction in November 2018 for USD 555,000.00 (€ 490,152.79).

Im Mai 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Árbol H von Olga de Amaral zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 226.800,00 (€ 185.993,11) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Olga de Amaral mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cesta Lunar 50A beobachtet, die im November 2018 für USD 555.000,00 (€ 490.152,79) versteigert wurde.
