Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Still Life With White Lilacs by Nicolas Tarkhoff. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,002.45) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolas Tarkhoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Les Travaux Des Champs in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 314,500.00 (€ 247,754.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With White Lilacs von Nicolas Tarkhoff zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.002,45) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicolas Tarkhoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Les Travaux Des Champs im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 314.500,00 (€ 247.754,84).
