This artwork by Nicolas Tarkhoff achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in November last year. In the An International Salonthe Ecole de Paris auction, the work Three sunflowers sold for GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,342.04) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolas Tarkhoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Les Travaux Des Champs in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 314,500.00 (€ 247,754.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 79 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nicolas Tarkhoff erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion An International Salonthe Ecole de Paris wurde die Arbeit Three sunflowers für GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.342,04) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicolas Tarkhoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Les Travaux Des Champs im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 314.500,00 (€ 247.754,84).
