In July 2018 Christies in New York held the auction First Open Online: Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Disappear by Nick van Woert. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,813.94) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Nick van Woert have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2015 the work Hollow Core was auctioned for USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,602.83).
