In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Five Dollar Bill sold for USD 26,400.00 (€ 20,356.23) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nicholas Alden Brooks - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Vase And Books, which sold at auction in May 2006 for USD 57,600.00 (€ 44,884.28).
