A top price for Nelson Leirner
In November 2013 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included the work Homenagem a Fontana I by Nelson Leirner. The »bidding war« ended at USD 359,000.00 (€ 263,854.18), 20% above the upper estimate. With this result, Homenagem a Fontana I is even the most expensive work of art by Nelson Leirner that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Nelson Leirner
Im November 2013 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch die Arbeit Homenagem a Fontana I von Nelson Leirner zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 359.000,00 (€ 263.854,18) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Homenagem a Fontana I sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nelson Leirner, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
